Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at juliettemode.com. Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund.
30 Days Easy Exchange and Return:
Online Purchase (swimwear, lingerie, final sale excluded) are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return & Exchange Condition
-Purchase (except swimwear and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
-Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to. Do not send them back to the address on package . Or no refund will be issued.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
After receiving your returned package, we wil issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days acordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
We do not accept any request of exchange&return once the "specials" are sold.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
